Stephanie boasts an impressive athletic career, securing the title of 8-time British Athletics Champion across various sprint distances and representing Team GB in the 100m at two Olympic Games. Her athletic prowess extends to multiple major championships, including World Championships, and she has earned medals in European and Commonwealth relay events, along with being a standout individual finalist.
Beyond her achievements on the track, Stephanie's commitment to sports extends to coaching and therapeutic expertise. She contributed to Team GB as a coach at the World University Games, nurturing promising athletes. Additionally, she has achieved certification as a level 4 Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist.
Driven by her passion for the entire spectrum of athlete well-being, Stephanie has expanded her skill set. She earned a first-class Science degree in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation, enhancing her ability to diagnose and aid in injury recovery. Taking a holistic approach, she has recently completed a Postgraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, equipping her to provide valuable advice and design personalised weight-management programmes for clients.
Reka hails from Hungary and has 10 years’ experience as a medical massage therapist. In 2022 she qualified as a Sport and Exercise Rehabilitator with a first-class undergraduate degree from Middlesex University. Reka is currently advancing her skills and knowledge by studying for a Masters in Physiotherapy, with a primary focus in Neuros

Reka’s relevant experience has been gained whilst working in private health care. Additional hands-on experience has been gained by attending sporting events to provide soft tissue treatment to international teams such as the All Blacks and Australian Rugby Wheelchair. Throughout lockdown, she demonstrated her capabilities by delivering virtual rehabilitation assessment and treatments online.
She currently provides sports therapy treatments whilst working with Progress Wrestling and provides pitch-side duties for rugby teams.
